As we’ve mentioned before, Palm Wine is more than just a drink– it is a feeling (or vibe). It is typically enjoyed in good company and conversation, at anytime of the day. Food has an interesting ability to stimulate our senses, and transport us on an adventure, all without leaving our seats. Food also tells a deeper story of land, people, time and culture.

Check out our first installment of Palm Wine Talk, where interesting people sit down and connect over our early batches of biodesigned sparkling palm wine. In this conversation, Dr. Duru and Abena cover all sorts of topics like night life in Accra, Ghanian food (like banku, waakye, and tuo zaafi) as well as fair trade chocolate.

Just like our wines, this conversation is a bridge between the diaspora and the continent.
