What is Palm Wine?
Palm wine is one of the oldest known wine categories in the world - enjoyed in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. It has deep roots in numerous cultures and traditions. Wherever it is enjoyed, it is known for a refreshing and ephemeral quality (conventionally needing to be consumed within 24 hours).
About
Our wine is a slighly different take on the classic. Crafted our wine in Berkeley, California, with an initial focus on exploring the West African Terroir, highlighting some expressive notes such as soursop and udara (African star apple).
