A more delicate and ephemeral take on West African palm wine. The subtle backdrop of sweetness (off-dry), is far less consuming than what you typically find in places like Nigeria. This leaves space for the more fleshy and slightly savory notes to shine through, reminding me of flavor notes in sour sop/guanábana. A soft and inviting hug that you didn’t know that you needed.
